SINSP Fernando C. Castillo
He began his career as a Fire Officer in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and has been working under this agency for twenty-six years. He has given his full time, dedication, and service to several municipalities where he was assigned as the Municipal Fire Marshal. Particularly, these stations are Mauban, Pagbilao, Gumaca, Balayan, and Calaca.
Mr. Castillo has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and is currently taking his degree in MA in Public Administration. He has received several awards for his hard work such as Best Junior Officer of the Year 2013 and 2015 for CALABARZON R4A, Medalya ng Papuri (9x), Medalya ng Kasanayan (9x), and Medalya ng Pagtulong sa Nasalanta (4x).
