SARM Victor M. Sarmiento
In his fourteen years of government service, Mr. Sarmiento had humble beginnings and worked with passion and commitment until he became the Postmaster in the Agoncillo Post Office in 2016.
In the following year, he assumed the same position in the neighboring Calaca Post Office. He earned both of his bachelor’s degrees in different disciplines from the Lyceum of Philippines University – Batangas.
