Highly competent Human Resource Management Officer who has eighteen years of experience in the private sector as HR Consultant/Practitioner and Insurance Head.
After working in various subordinate HR positions, she rose from the ranks and reached the position of Human Resource Department Head in 2019. Ms. Casas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College in Quezon City, and earned her degree in Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas City.
