The elected President of the Association of Barangay Captains is a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Commerce at Lyceum of the Philippines Batangas.
He is the chairman of Barangay Quizumbing and has held the post for three terms. Moreover, he supervises the Committee on Barangay Affairs at the Legislative branch of Calaca.
