HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Mandate

The Human Resource Management Office is the department responsible for effectively managing the most important asset of the Government of Calaca, its workforce. It provides effective and efficient human resource and development, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Vision

Committed to ensuring a reproductive workforce, it is our vision to become recognized as a trusted and credible Human Resource Management Office, remaining attentive to the needs of its most valuable resource, its people whose work translates to the definition of and gives meaning to the core values of the government of Calaca.

Mission

It is our mission to develop and establish comprehensive human resource development programs, systems, and procedures. Our core services and competencies shall include effective recruitment, selection, and placement by promoting equal employment opportunities, continuously improve the performance management system, provide learning and development interventions and strengthen the rewards and recognition program.
